A: JaazMall is an online grocery/mall store that serves everyone and bringing the complete supermarket/mall experience with a click of a mouse.  After we received your order, our staff will prepare your items/products then delivered straight at your doorstep.

Q: What payment methods you accept?
A: We accept Cash on Delivery, Remittance, Online Banking and Credit Card payments

Q: What is your working schedule?
A: We work from Monday  to Saturday 08:00 to 19:00 except Sundays. We also work even in Holidays.

Q: How long will I received my order?
A: 24 to 48 hours. Sometimes within the day. It also depends to our courier service. But we are doing our best to get your products as soon as possible.

Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: It varies on weight and location. Check info below for reference

1-10km = P250.00
11-20km = P300.00
21-30km = P400.00
